What's Happening?
We are transitioning to a new Internet Service Provider (ISP) on Sunday, 2nd November 2025. This change will result in new public IP addresses for our portal services.
If you have whitelisted our current IP addresses for access control, you will need to update your whitelist with the new IP addresses to ensure uninterrupted access to our services.
Updated IP Addresses
Please update your firewall or security systems with the following new IP addresses:

What You Need To Do
Before Sunday, 2nd November 2025:
- Update your firewall rules to include the new IP address: 202.175.135.231
- Remove or update the old IP address: 43.255.160.41
- Test connectivity after the change to ensure proper access
- Contact your IT team or network administrator if assistance is needed
